Our spacious, modern kitchen features 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, updated stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and plenty of pots, pans and dishes to serve up a feast! Our open concept floor plan allows your friends and family to relax nearby in the huge living space featuring a SmartTV (bring your app passwords), sound views, and gas grill on the top deck. The large dining table seats twelve guests and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. There are 2 master bedrooms on this level both with king beds and attached private bathrooms. A half bath and elevator complete the top level. TV area to be ungraded for 2022 season.

Our eight bedrooms each feature an attached private bathroom. Each room includes a dresser and nightstands, linens and plenty of beautiful views. Five bedrooms include sliding doors which access the wrap around porches. We offer six king rooms, one room with two queens, and one room with pyramid bunk and twin bed. Our home comfortably sleeps 18. In 2022, we removed the wall to wall carpeting and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for a cleaner look and feel.

Nestled in the quiet, rolling dunes on the 14th hole of the Nags Head Golf Links in the Village at Nags Head community, Destination-OBX: Soundfront is your place to unwind! So many reasons to stay here, but sunset views may be number one on your list! Featuring wrap around porches, sunset, sound and golf course views, ample deck and patio furniture, pool and hot tub, game and movie rooms, there’s no shortage of places to kick back and relax.

How do you get to the beach, you ask! Many options: 1) walk or bike the 1/2 mile to the Village of Nags Head Private Beach access. Parking, bathrooms, showers available. 2) Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, drive yourself and your gear to the Village Beach club to park there for the day. The club is a huge property with pool, kiddie pool, open bar and restaurant to meet all your needs while enjoying the ocean. Please see the map diagram for a better idea.

Our entire house is WiFi equipped, and Smart TV’s can be found throughout, so bring your passwords to your favorite apps! Every level of the home is elevator accessible, helping move groceries or people. Our full patio with in-ground pool and covered hot tub offer options for both kids and adults to enjoy! Beyond the pool, you’ll find an enclosed outside shower, ample outdoor furniture, a shed stocked with bicycles, pool and beach essentials, and ample parking for your guests!

Our bonus rooms include a game room with a shuffle board and foosball tables, free standing arcade, Smart TV and full bar/kitchenette. Also on the lower level, the media room provides a special movie theater experience for eight! Retreat to the 2nd floor den, a perfect place to relax as you watch TV or take in the sound views, read a book or work on a puzzle.

Additionally, our property includes membership to the oceanfront Village Beach Club with an Olympic size pool, diving board, food and beverage service, bathrooms and showers, tennis courts. The beach club is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. The Village at Nags Head Private Beach Access (with oceanfront showers and toilets) and 2 private sound front parks are open year round. We have 2 kayaks available at the Soundfront park to use while you are there. The Village at Nags Head community is one of the most family friendly experiences in Nags Head. When you are not at the ocean, or enjoying the house amenities, find yourself going for a walk or bike ride through the community to the sound front parks, fishing and crabbing off the docks, or launching a kayak or SUP from the sandy sound beach. Two grocery stores and the famous Duck Donuts are within walking distance to our home. And for those who love to shop, the outlets are 2 miles away.
